Having practiced law for more than 30 years, Erni is currently the litigation partner in MS&A. Her practice in a number of courts in Indonesia made her very familiar with the practice of the court which gave her a procedural advantage in acting as counsels to justice seeking clients. During her long-lasting career as a lawyer, many of the firm’s high profiled cases has been handled by her together with MS&A team of lawyers. A long list of civil matters, ranging from commercial law, intellectual property law, labor law, to family law and Islamic law, are listed in her roster of completed cases. One of her specific expertise is employment law, where she has provided advice and procedural guidance to many of the firm’s retainer corporate clients, from small to large corporate enterprises.
Erni graduated from the Faculty of Law and Society Science of the University of Brawijaya, Malang. Upon her graduation in 1986, she started working with several notable law firms in Malang and Surabaya before joining the firm in 1994. She has worked together with the founder of MS&A, Mr. Markus Sajogo as well as other senior partners of the firm mainly in civil court litigations, handling various cases in the field of civil law.

Before the unification of all Indonesian advocates associations under the Advocate Law, Erni has been registered as a member of Indonesian Advocate Association (IKADIN) and passed the Advocate qualification held by the High Court of Indonesia and the Department of Justice. She currently holds the bar license from Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) to practice and advise matters of law throughout the Republic of Indonesia.
